HOOSIER PATTERN OVERVIEW
ESTABLISHED IN NOVEMBER 1997

The two owners have a combined experience of over sixty-five years in wood and metal pattern making. Keith Gerber has been a CAD specialist for over 24 years along with being a journeyman pattern maker. Dan Cade has over 40 years of wood and metal pattern making experience along with 15 years as a pattern shop manager. Dan and Keith share other duties including sales and marketing, financial accountability, quoting and production.

With our combined expertise, we are able to provide quality products in a professional and timely manner. It is our goal to produce 100 % machined pattern work.

Hoosier Pattern works along with Product Engineers right down to the Foundry Engineers to provide quality foundry tooling and cast products. We specialize in quick turn around tooling by utilizing Electronic Math Data. Disa Foundry patterns are our specialty along with machining multiple cavity core boxes. Permanent molds and 100% machined match plates are also machined here. The tooling we produce is made from a wide variety of materials such as aluminum, steel, iron, stainless steel, red tooling plank and ren board.
